Moved.

This last week was the longest of my life. Working three 12 hour days then 8 more on Thursday plus packing every night lead to about 8 hours of total sleep in four days. But I had a nice little send off from the SJ office with most of my co-workers grabbing a beer with me before my long drive home. It wasn’t until 130am on Friday morning that I had my car packed as full as it could go and I took off from my place. I was in Portland by 11am, making great time even with out speeding (so many cops out for Labor Day weekend). So after many hours of work, packing, and driving, you would think it was time to nap… Nope, off to Eugene for Duck Football with my boys… Who needs sleep…
SF Outside Lands: Day 3.
Another great day of music… And for once, today the weather was really nice in the park! Jack Johnson finished the festival off right…. He put on a great show and had bunch of friends come up and jam with him..

But it was Rodrigo y Gabriela that took us all by surprise…. We had never heard of them, but are huge fans now…
And I finally got to listen to some good ol Hip-Hop…. The Cool Kids…
SF Outside Lands: Day 1.

So Radiohead put on the greatest show I have ever seen, period. I know I’m young and all that jazz, but I have seen a great handful of events and concerts. This was hands down the best production of a show. I wish I could explain it… but there was so much they put into this show that blew me and the other 80,000 people around me.
However, this wasn’t the only band we saw this day….The day started off with a trip down Lombard St., then over to Coit Tower, and finally down to the Wharf for some sea food. After visiting the SF tourist hot spots it was music in the park time. SF Outside Lands to be exact.
We all have a three day pass for what was about to be the best festival any of us have seen.
Haircuts.

I’m a bad boss. I make my interns to everything for me. At least I tip well.
Santa Cruz.

So the Aussies are in town again. They have finally started their trip across the states. After a trip to So Cal they are back to visit myself in SF. Saturday was the football game (Wally loves the 49ers). Today was Santa Cruz.

I also continued eating crazy new things. Today was deep fried Oreos and Twinkies. I needed to run on the beach for a while to feel better.

Finally, Wally and I got caught up in the carnival games. We won two monkeys. They never saw us coming.
Yum.

So… Sometimes I like to eat some pretty crazy stuff. Whether its alligator in Portland, dog in Vietnam, grasshoppers in Egypt, or black pudding in London, I’ll try most things once. Today was a veal meatball, three cheese, 10 egg omelet covered in meat sauce. Yeah its off the menu at OJ’s but when you know the waiter there, you can get them to make anything.
Side Note: It was amazing.
Bela.
This guy is so rad.
