My good friend Big Mike is the front man for the band The Streakin’ Healys and a couple friends and I went to catch their last gig of the year at Ash Street Saloon. Damn good show and I even got on stage to help sing background vocals for their cover of “Burning Ring of Fire”.

Little sis is a damn good runner, hence why I am at the Washing-Oregon Nike Border Clash. Good race, lil sis placed top 10, told you she was good. Also had time to walk around the Tiger Woods building on the Nike Campus, where the event was held. Check out the Claret Jug. Nice.

Hawaiian Time.

Its that time again… Back in my new second home, Eugene for another Ducks game. Sending the day with Tam, Drew and Libby… But first my all time Eug favorite Hawaiian Time! Ron you must hate me right now…
